Vincenzo Capaldi

I am searching for the parents and ancestors of Vicenzo Capaldi born 14 March 1899 in Picinisco (San Giuseppe or Casa Lucra)

His mother, I believe, died shortly after his birth.

His father then married Bernicia ?? and the family moved to Glasgow, Scotland circa 1900.

Does anyone have any information on this family?

Sposa di Vincenzo : Arcangela CAPALDI nato Picinisco 08/12/1905
di Giuseppe CAPALDI nato Picinisco 12/12/1881 e Maria Civita CAPOCCI nato Picinisco 19/11/1882. Matrimonio Vincenzo e Arcangela : 12/11/1927

Fratello di Vincenzo : Giovanni nato Picinisco 19/10/1904 / + Picinisco 24/10/1904.

Dopo la morte di Cristina, Valenzio non è risposato in Picinisco.

Michel always has good info regards Picinisco which is his area of specialisation.

Yes it looks as if the Crisitna died one day before her son.

I am know trying to find Valenzio's second wife Bernicia (unknown surname) they came to Glasgow after 1904 but cannot find their marriage details.

As you are well aware I am slowly putting the detail to family myths where dates are somewhat random when handed down from generation to generation.
