DeVito/De vito/De vita was my grandmothers maiden name hence my interest,I have all the children of Maria and Pasquale born in London if it helps others,I believe the name Vacca could be a shortened version of the name Vaccaro is this correct ?.many thanks in anticipation Dave Carter. |

Di Vito and Vacca are both found in Picinisco. A search of the parish census (not indexed or in order) might locate them.
Check with the church in Holborn. It should give the parish of baptism on their marriage record. _________________ Ann Tatangelo

Hello,
Maria VACCA was born in Picinisco on March 7th, 1870. She is the eldest daughter of Claudio VACCA and Colomba CAPOCCI. She had 4 brothers and a sister. The descent of one of his brothers still lives in Picinisco. I am related to Maria.
