Weather in Picinisco

Hello,
I have been looking on the internet for average monthly temperatures in Picinisco, but I haven't found anything regarding the weather. It has been years since I have been to the area. I would love to have some descriptions (and charts if possible) about the weather at different times of the year. I am particularly interested in summer weather, and wondering to what extent the altitude keeps things a bit cooler.

I am also curious about skiing in the winter - where this is done and if anyone has first hand experience. What are the other seasons like?
